The new season of "Million Dollar Listing"

Well, the ever annoying Chad is gone; Josh is just as interesting as ever; and Madison was dumped by his boyfriend and is sad about it.

 

There's a a new straight guy: Josh Altman. If anything, he's even more annoying than Chad. He's "hyper-masculine" and has the "hey bro, dude" thing down pat and it makes you want to punch him in the face. He's been in conflict with Madison which is kinda funny.

 

I'm almost missing Chad. At least he was quirky. Josh Altman is just a super jerk.

I saw a interview with chad rogers he said he had a really big season last year and was very busy and didn't want to return. i wonder since he works for the Hiltons if that could be the reason. I don't care much for josh altman but i do find his assistant cute

I do miss "Helmet Head" (as my friends refer to him.. the original Beiber hair!) Chad!!! his antics with his poor dog, the girlfriend and his tight black jeans were very amusing. this Sunday's Parade Magazine listed his annual income last year as $1.6 miliion. Wonder if that was gross or net?

 

Am I missing something or did the recent episode with Candis Cayne kinda "out" Josh? I felt as if the episode may be leading to another chapter in his story line. Love Grandma! The "other" John (Altman) does nothing for me.

 

Madison appears to be as confused as ever...

season one had madison and some older agents. in season 2 they dropped the older agents kept madison brought in chad rogers and josh flagg. in that season Josh flagg mentioned being Gay in episode 1 0r 2

My impression though is that NO ONE wanted him back. His tension with Josh Flagg although palpable, and a touch homoerotic, was boring. My impression is that Rogers either wimped out on Season 4 or the producers tired of his immaturity being expressed behind the scenes.

 

Josh Altman is way cocky. The kind of cocky that might get him laid, but never a girlfriend. His sidekick is sorta cool. What if Altman is just seriously closeted and sidekick is his lover? Now that would be a TWIST!!!

 

Now, Madison Hildebrand? He's sexy, well-dressed, well-behaved - He can Pick Me, he's hot, sweet and if not RICH has a great cashflow. PICK ME!

Its a show on bravo. it comes on tonight at 9pm estern. it profiles 3 real estate agents and their daily lives. including lots of drama lol

Well, that means his cashflow was something like $2 million, after taxes and expenses he might have had $1.3 million - now if he can hold back from spending $100K per month, he might be building a nice nest egg.

 

I'd guess that MDL also pays something, too. So he's got a ways to go before he's 'comfortably' wealthy.

It's really a cool reality show about 3 young stud real estate agents in Los Angeles. Madison lives in Malibu, Josh Flagg lives in the Wilshire Corridor and I don't know yet where Josh Altman lives.

 

They are all involved in high-dollar residential real estate listings and it's a hoot to see what's important to them.

 

I crush on Madison because he's genuinely a nice guy. Flagg can be a jerk. Altman is new this season but appears to be a cock-sure guy. I don't miss Chad Rogers. He was/is a 30 year old baby when real momma issues.

I like looking at the properties and watching the agents' attempt to sell or lease some of them. In terms of the men who are involved--I find Madison to be hot, Josh Flagg to be annoying to me, and I love the way in which Mr. Altman dresses. I watched the show (for the most part) last evening until I got up and left to do other things of importance!

 

I do not know if I'll view this "religiously" or not! One can only take so much of some the agents' antics!!

Previews from next week show indicated that Josh Flagg's Hottie BF will be on the show and in his upcoming book.

His assistant is dumber than a rock and I've never found stupid very attractive. Madison is seeming even more "plastic" this season and I wonder what Josh Flagg's big "secret" is that he reveals in his book.

That's definitely gross for Chad. The girlfriend also dumped him which may be why he decided not to return. He may also have realized how foolish he looked.

 

How could Josh Flagg be "outed?" He's been so obviously gay from the very first episode. I like him more each passing day. He really seems to have it together and I suspect that some of his silliness is a complete act.

The older agents they dropped were a husband/wife Jewish couple who were such bad stereotypes that Jewish friends of mine said "get them off TV now before they give anti-Semitism a good name!" They were really grotesque. And not in a fun way.

Madison is SO boring that I don't know how anyone could find him attractive. That plus the fake hair, eye color, chin, teeth, and the scary tan makes him really creepy to me. There seems to be nothing real about him. His "pretend fight" with Josh Altman was really bad.
