mine came from a fall i slipped on grease someone had dropped on the floor in a store. iv had people say omg you lucked out. i disagree how many would be willing to hurt for the rest of their life for 25.000 because thats all i got. the companys insurance company sent me to over 15 doctors in a years time. while paying me a salary every week. even with 15 dr's saying it was permanent and me with a lawyer they wouldn't budge at anything over 25.000 . i was sick of being dragged from dr to dr i just took it. 25.000 for shoulder pain for life and the lawyer got 25% of that
