HIV soldier in the military?

I came across this strange article. If you are in the military and tested positive for HIV then you are reported to your commander? In the article the soldier's commander Maj. Christopher Hague gave the soldier a written order in October 2009 to notify his sexual partners of his HIV status before engaging in sex. Another funny thing is that people who had sex with this HIV+ soldier are not infected with HIV. He used condoms or did not ejaculate. Then why does he have to be charged in the first place? If that is the case I believe a lot of people should be in jail.

Same old saw in the military, if you violate an order, you're gonna get in trouble. It's pure and simple insubordination not to follow an order. You only have two choices, Obey the Order or Prove it to be an unlawful order. That's what the trial is all about.
