Thanks a lot Jack. All I know is I gave my trainer marching orders on Friday to come up with a plan to kill my abs before Palm Springs Weekend. Tomorrow I found out the cost -- in pain and suffering I have -- 13 weeks from today gentlemen til the pool event so 13 weeks of unbelievable pain if I know my trainer. I won't get as far as any of these guys but these guys sure as hell give me the inspiration on where I want to get to, so thanks for sharing. But if I could get anywhere, it be the abs of #5.
