The only way to get foam in a hot tub is to wear laundered garments in the tub. The residual soap creates the foam when it's rehydrated in the tub. So the question is, WHO'S BEEN IN MY HOT TUB WITH CLOTHES ON? How can I see your submerged parts with all that foam? You're going to be punished.
