Anal bleaching

So, my understanding is this:

 

Anal bleaching is a cosmetic procedure, just like any other skin bleaching, to get rid of a discolored patch of skin so that it matches the surrounding skin.

 

Only here, it's the skin around someone's anus. And so it's a procedure for people who just want their anus to be seen looking just so. Personally, I don't get a good look at many anuses, and when they're available to me, the lighting isn't high enough for me to get that good a look.

 

But I guess there ARE professionals whose anus is "in the public light" (maybe some of the pros here?) and so want it to look its best.

 

(I've seen some very exceptional-looking anuses in porn, and I always thought that was just genetic luck, but maybe I'm wrong.)

 

Any other interpretations I don't know about?
