Peggy's Boyfriend on "Mad Men" - Colby Taylor?

My favorite TV program is "Mad Men". Besides the great writing, the attention to historical detail brings back memories.

 

During the last few episodes , Peggy has a new boyfriend (Charlie Hofheimer). He reminds me of the Falcon exclusive, Colby Taylor. I realize they are not the same person, but am I the only person who sees the resemblance?

 

Many gay porn stars from the same period (late 90s) are incredibly good looking (Eric Hanson, Mike Branson, etc). Have any porn stars "crossed over" into either entertainment or modeling? Does a porn background stigmitize them forever? What do porn stars do after retirment from the industry?

I liked the Joey Baird (Matt Long) character whom Joan fired. Peggy's new boyfriend is fine, but to me Joey had more sex appeal.

 

It's almost impossible to have any kind of serious career in show busines after someone has done porn. I can not think of a single person who has done it.
