I am with my puppy Miah camping by the Delaware River listening to the wind blow and the birds singing. I had forgotton what it felt like to take a deep breath at sunrise with a cup of black coffee. I hope not to forget that feeling and how important it is to allow myself to experience it periodically. It is very rejuvenating. I wonder how often people make time for self and quiet reflection. How does it impact the way we interact with each other? Wouldn't it make an amazing difference in how we felt and treated ourselves, therefore affecting our relations with others the same. My busy life can leave me starving spiritually. It is only when I experience the internal satisfaction that I realize how starved for it I was. Ahhhhhhhhhhh Moral of the story Take Time Out.... :)
