I used to work with a Chinese woman. Her parents came over from Hong Kong and she was their only daughter. They had bought quite a few rental properties and she was their only daughter and she had only one kid.

The moment anybody challenged her, she would go screaming, "You are only saying this to me because I am a woman and a Chinese." Most of the time it worked, but to us fellow cubicle mates, it became a standing joke. She used the line on everybody-her boss, the car mechanic, the dry cleaning guy. She conducted all that from her desk. You just knew, when the tension started to rise, we would all start counting for that line to pop out and have a good laugh when she was gone. :D

Now I am not white either and yes have encoutnered racism on occassion. So cannot deny it does not exist. But I have also travelled extensively and I think "racism" is just a human nature. If not colour, people find ways to discriminate-based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, family of birth etc. Not saying it does not exist, but at least in America you can speak your mind and call someone out on it -well unless you lived in tea party country probably. But the trick is to separate the two and realize a lot of times, interpretation can vary wildly.

Good luck with your issues-I tried to read your original post a few times and could not find what is specifically bugging you-just seemed to go in many different random directions.

Huh?

Don't be a jealous Grinch in Hooville. ;)

Now I have a problem with this. I think Romann you are clearly biased. I know it has nothing to do with his difficult disposition. You just Dont like grinches in hooville because of the color of their fur. Your green biased.

Correction...

Green with envy! Can't you tell?

How can I not like the Grinch? In fact, that just can't be true because he looks like my cat, Ms. Chloe if I was to color her hair which I'm thinking would be a great Halloween costume for her this year. What do you think? ;)

I have some grease paint left over from a Halloween oompa loompa costume you can have. Now there's a role play I Never imagined. Lmao

Hair leg discrimination is alive and well!

I had a potential client decline on hiring me because he said my legs were TOO hairy. That was one of the rare moments where I was actually dumb-founded and wasn't really sure how to process such a statement let alone reply to it. Talk about discrimination...

Let that one soak in for a minute.

Well, throw water on me, but...

I've read through this thread several times in the past few days. I've resisted posting a reply because I too hoped it would die. At this point, I realize that I just might be pouring gas on the embers but be that as it may.

First, why is it always the one who farted that says, "Who farted?" first?

The incendiary nature of racism masks the fundamental basic fact that everyone discriminates between different factors. Excuse me, that was too soft - The incendiary nature of racism CLOAKS IN A SHROUD OF DARKNESS the fundamental basic reality that everyone discriminates all the time. I discriminate when I buy a car with gray paint - I prefer that color. I discriminate when I buy BRAWNY paper towel versus BOUNTY because I like the picture of the guy on the wrapper. I discriminate when I choose chicken over beef, Wendy's over McDonalds, 20 year old men over 40 year old men.

We all discriminate all the time. We live in a diverse society that constantly shouts at us through advertising that their unique product or service is the best. We also live in a society where more than half the population (and just under half in California) is 'white', 35% is Hispanic, 12% is Black and small percentages of many other 'races.'

I really hate the term 'white' because it is so wrong - why am I as a Scot piled in with Russians, Czechs, Italians, French, Germans and Poles? I can discriminate the differences between these groups of people and my own. Why can't I have a unique racial identifier (pink faced fat chrub?)?

So when I read 'White Supremacy', I reject it immediately. The accusation should more appropriately be 'Supremacy' - defined as someone expressing feelings of superiority over others in subjective matters. The matter must be subjective because objective matters can be ascertained - who runs faster, etc. Joey Bryant's original post seemed to imply to me that he believes he's superior to me as I have represented myself here on the Message Board. It seemed to imply to me that if I don't hire people of color I'm being a Racist and White Supremacist rather than a horny old white guy looking to return to his youth.

If I choose to discriminate against all other escorts, by hiring the services of one particular escort - it is because I believe this one, particular, discrimate escort will best meet my needs, wants and desires. Should I hire him again, he may have proven to have met those needs, wants and desires. If I review him and discuss him on the Message Board, it is simply me expressing my opinion to others. Others who may or may not have the same needs, wants and desires - and who probably don't live close to me or my new boytoy for it to even matter.

Ranting about equality in regard to posts on the message board implying that there is some all knowing, centralized brain controlling the actions of many diverse men spread throughout the country is rather disingenuous. Face facts: The message board members are merely a reflection of society as a whole. I don't believe statistics are kept as to the skin color or age of the individual members, but I'd wager a session with Joey Bryant that the make-up of the board and the make-up of the escorts reviewed on Daddy's reflect in some degree the 50%-35%-12% of our society.

I consider the whole original post, and the inflammatory additional post of said Mr. Bryant as nothing more than someone who farted and is now trying to blame it on someone else.

Mr. Bryant - you may need to wipe yourself.

(As a last comment, I will predict 'raggedy' will not be an adequate put-down of me for Mr. B in his most assured response rant.)

BRAVO! Short, sweet and to the point! I love you!

We all discriminate all the time.

I have a confession to make and I'm ashamed to say it but here it goes...

I must confess that I discriminate when I switch check-out lines even if that line is longer to be serviced by the hot, ripped body, muscle daddy with a good two day scruff proudly displayed on his chiseled face. I guess you could say I'm sexist as well because if I have the opportunity to be serviced by my hot, ripped body, muscle daddy with a good two day scruff over Little Miss because I secretly hope to bring him to the back seat of my car for some down good discriminatory fun between two raging men in the heat of the day here in Dallas, TX! Anyone want to join us? The SHAME! ;)

Joey was recently in my neck of the woods -- a place where there aren't that many escorts. I have to say, I declined to contact him precisely because of the way he has all too often presented himself to us in this forum. Sad. Truly sad.

Maybe he thought you only had two legs, or two hairy legs and a bikini wax. Honestly, I can't see anything wrong with you...

Thank you, Thank you very much... I'd like to love you, too!:p

Yeppers, humboldt. If he talks like that semi-anonymously, what would he say to my cracker face? I ain't comfortable with the way he expresses himself in public.

Odd, that would be a major plus in my opinion. Especially, if that overly hirsuteness extended to the buttocks region. :p

Is our Mr. Bryant sort of a reverse Anita Bryant? I shudder to think of those ramifications. However, I wholeheartedly agree with Instudiocity's post. Thanks for thinking it and posting it.

Gentleman! I'm shocked!

Why are you assuming that I'm speaking of a grocery store? Naughty boys!

On that note, I don't know about the two of you but when I go to the grocery store to pick up fruit, I'm talking about the fruit that you eat. Oh wait. I guess one could eat both! Whatever! You know what I mean. Besides, I don't cook so there is no need for me to step food in a grocery store where children run free like animals at the zoo all the while and according to the two of you, people are picking one another up at the meat stand. It can be whatever establishment and if there is my ideal man which i vividly described and could go into more detail (if you would like to read a soft porn but that's another conversation) and Little Miss in the line next to him or even 50 check-out lines away in the most inconvenient part of the store, I would still switch lines with pride and a hard on.

You shameless hussies! I LOVE IT! :p

I'm getting to the point that I do not even enjoy my time posting (or reading) the things on here anymore. I appreciate the fact that its a review site and all...and am glad that its here, but I come to see that this place breeds nothing but a bunch of prententious, fake 'users' thats a borderline White Supremacy site. And by looking at the review section of places like D.C. and Atlanta, that only validates my statement

Even if non of that is true (which it is), its even more plastic that members here, namely other working guys email me about something...and then don't even have the courtesy to write back when I reply. Its like, I understand you need to feel special and wanted, but Im sorry I get enough of that on my own. I dont need to talk down to someone, or extend an offer for advice only to withhold it just to make it seem like, "I do it perfectly, and im going to tell you how...one of these day"

I can understand the nature of what we do lends itself to behave a certain way, but thats not license to be phony. Its all about touting and puffery and its so obvious. And equally annoying. This environment just barely lends itself to learning...that is, if you (like myself) are atleast an intermediate/advanced stage of escorting and know the ins and outs. Otherwise, to me it feels more like a virtual boiler room. The only difference being that one actually has access to reviews

Joey, I was trying very hard to withhold my comments on this one. One of your many complaints is that other professionals don't communicate with you in the way you feel they should. SO, as a fellow professional I am gonna offer my unsolicited advice.

I read this post and made several observations. In the first paragraph, your expressions indicate that your statement came not from tangible factual material, but rather from poor self image and the self delusion that others must share that image. You're looking through reviews to prove to yourself that others are thinking what you are projecting. The word "borderline" is but a loophole because inside you know you haven't had a specific incident that would show and without doubt that the mindset you feel so put off by actually exists.

Your second paragraph, again your perception about what others mare thinking, no actual incident where one of these working guys actually said to you what you assumed they were thinking.

The third paragraph you used the word puffery, now I am not exactly sure what you meant by that, but I am assuming it is similar to fluffing or even marketing. I am not the worlds best at it but I do put some effort into promoting my business. We all have bad days and sometimes we have to talk about it and or seek advice from others. I too have come to the forum with my troubles and in one way or the other the posters here have helped me a great deal. and recently are responsible for keeping my head above water when I nearly lost everything. SO under all of that puffery and plastic there are some amazing people who do care.

Joey, I have read about several of your bad days and I have to tell ya, a lot of them have one thing in common, you projecting negativity and making assumptions as to the thoughts and ideas of others.

This is a review site and we all want to be held in high regard and liked by the posters here. Only a complete fool would not use this as a marketing tool, as long as you are only marketing what you can actually deliver, it's healthy and fun. The key word in that last sentence Joey, was FUN

You know when you and a str8 buddy go out and have a really good time and you guys end up messing around you get him off and you guys immediately act like nothing happened. Option #1-- leave it at that the st8 guy might come back, it was drama free and damn that gay boy gave good head.. :-) Option #2---call him the next day and tell him how bad you feel, and ask him why he looked at you that way when he drove off. and is everything ok between us? ask him if he wants to to come "chill" again cause you had fun.. Is option 1 or 2 more attractive

The same idea applies here Joey, Keep it fun but very real and a little puffery here and there never hurt anyone, these guys pay damn good money for that puffery this isn't sunday school.

Joey, give yourself a break, it's obvious that you are very hard on yourself for reasons you shouldn't be and tend to blame others a lot. Every escort has something unique to offer and will find themselves catering to a certain crowd. I am not sure you may or may not have an idea of your market. But it's important for you to figure out who you want to attract. Find a happy medium between JoeyBryant the escort and the human being with a social and birth date and a family. RyanCade is not just a name it's what people attach to my work, my words, my reviews and my image. What are they attaching to the name JoeyBryant?

I have said enough, I hope you get something out of that, I apologize in advance if it come accross a bit blunt or harsh.. And Joey, there are people on this forum that can't stand me I am sure, there are people who have never participated in a single thread I posted. yes I notice, and then I move on and allow them to be them. Someone else disapproving of who I am does not change who I am. If I am ok with me, what others think about me is not any of my concern. Peace Joey Don't be too angry at me.
