I contacted him vi e-mail back in April and did not receive a response. He contacted me last week and apologized. He asked if I was still interested in meeting up, and I wrote back and said that I was. I proposed a date and time to him, but he never responded.

 

The fact that he hasn't responded is what ticks me off. If he had another book, all he had to do was tell me.
