Hi Thunder, just something to think about.

A lot of people live in trailors because it's all they can afford to live in. For one monthly fee, they get housing and all the appliances. It's easy to draw generalizations based on perceived or real call differences, but I don't think it is either fair or kind to do so based on trailors. It's not class per se, it's economics.

It's the same as saying that one doesn't like the poor because they're trash.

For the record, never have lived in a trailor, don't like them, don't want to, but hey, who knows in this environment?

Yes - I really do know this, but thanks for the lesson anyways.

 

It always makes me smile when people try to be so politically correct. But - when I use the term trailor trash, I'm not referring to everyone who lives in a trailor (I believe "mobile home" is the term they would prefer). I mean trailor TRASH and everyone knows exactly the type of person that is being referred to.

 

If I were to discribe someone as "white trash" would you tell me that every white person is not trashy and it is unfair to taint then all with that term. I doubt it. You would understand exactly the type of person I was trying to describe.

 

Lighten up a little :-)
