Hop Count Traceroute Sites?

Hey guys, Several years ago there were a few sites that showed the hop traceroute from my computer to another server ... along the way it showed the cities of each hop and the final sever city.

 

Example if I put in daddys site it might show Jacksonville to Atlanta to Dallas to Chicago where daddy has his server (just an example not where daddy is).

 

Anyway, does anybody remember this site by chance or know of another one. I tried my friend Google and cannot locate one.
