Los Angeles Questions

Several years ago when I lived in Los Angeles the following bars, "Numbers", "Spotlight", "Hunters" and a bar across the street from "Hunters" (do not remember its name) were where the hustlers hung out. I understand they have all closed, but are there currently any such bars in Los Angeles? Also any recent information on the Holloway Motel on Santa Monica? Finally, are "MJ's" and "Mickey's" the only bars with strippers? Thank you for any information.

The only good thing about this place is free parking. Honestly if you are watching your dollars do Price Line name your own price. Yes you'll pay a lil more then what the Holloway hotel but you'll get a nicer and more comfortable room. I stayed here on a quick weekend trip to see a concert at the Forum and almost wished I hadn't.

The Holloway Motel is a complete dive on one of the busiest intersections in West Hollywood. It's my understanding, however, that visiting rentboys stay there. I think the Spotlight is still standing, but it's in a horrible area and it's pretty sleazy. I went in once in the 70's and never returned. It's too bad about Number's. It use to be great fun and had decent food and cute waiters. As far as other hustler bars, to the best of my knowledge, the Spotlight is the only one. MJ's in Silverlake has strippers.
