Action in Reno, NV?

Question for downtown Reno locals...I was walking towards the Silver Legacy hotel (after losing a bundle in El Dorado) when I passed by a row of benches occupied by very cute guys wearing white wife beater shirts or unbuttoned polo shirts, showing off their smooth, lean bods. The first night I saw them there, I didn't pay too much attention, thinking they were maybe college guys enjoying their summer vacation. But I saw the same faces the next 3 nights I was there, most wearing the same clothes when I first saw them days before (definitely not tourists!). I didn't dare approach as they looked like straight gangster thugs, and the cutest ones always seem to have a 'girlfriend' next to them. They hang out either on the benches or at McDonald's on the other side of the street. Does anybody have any information on these guys? Do they hustle at all, and if they do, how do you hook up with them?
