Well if some of you guys didn't know just late week or two the company who published the Washington Blade, Southern Voice, 411 Magazine, David Atlanta, and Florida Blade, and Houston Blade filed for "Chapter 11". This has left the South East without any strong voice and massage listings!!!!

Some good news though.... people are trying to save Southern Voice at

http://www.savesovo.com/ and looks like they are announcing a new name.

Some of my friends in the industry told me that Washington Blade has become the DC GAY AGENDA. Florida Blade has become the FLORIDA GAY AGENDA and 411 "Marks list magazine". So far I have been unable to find webpages, but their facebook pages are up.

"Mark's List" has the same exact format as "The 411 Mag" and is written by the same people. It is associated with a web site that has existed for quite some time. Anyone visiting FtL should check it out. It's like an online gay travel guide to restaurants, guest houses, events etc. The address of the main site is:

http://www.jumponmarkslist.com

You can choose the city you want from the options on top of the homepage. Or, you can go directly to the city when you know the prefix code. So for Ft. Lauderdale, the URL is:

http://www.fll.jumponmarkslist.com

There doesn't appear to be a web site yet for "Florida Agenda".
