I just watched some of the funeral procession from a police officer that was fatally shot in Seattle on Halloween from the balcony of my apt. So darn sad that someone so cowardly had to take a life in cold blood. It is estimated that some 1,500 people in uniform and other mourners will be attending. The shooting took place not far from where I live and it is kind of unnerving but nice to see a lot of community support for the families effected is happening. http://www.seattlepi.com/local/411910_shoot06.html

He was shot from the balcony of your apartment? Were you home at the time?

No, he was shot down the street from my apt. I was in Chicago when he was shot. I could see the motorcade going down the street from my balcony yesterday.

Greg
