I have no idea. But he has a long history of bannishment. The last one lasted for over three years. He and a few other previously banished posters seemed to sneak back in when Daddy switched to the new software back in March....at least that was my observation.

 

IMO, his behavior since returning has been no different than the behavior that earned him bannishment all the other times.
