It looks like a bull horn turned into a horn. One of my relatives had one, and it sounded like a sick cow when you blew it.

I believe it is a cow/bull horn which has been fashioned into a container for, in the past, gunpowder. They were used in the old days when guns had powder and fired only once. It appears to new to be genuine, but who knows. Why a young gay man/model would wear one around his neck is up for speculation----an obvious phallic symbol? a container for substances which have nothing to do with guns? a painful dildo????

I thought it might be some sort of smoking device but as you guys mentioned a bullhorn seems more logical. Maybe its just a fashion accessory.
