*Sighs*

I know that its different from city to escort, but its something I'm sure we all get, BSers!

And lately I've been getting quite a few. Today's special was a cancellation for an advanced booking that was put off for seemingly good reason, 2 inquiries that fell flat for no apparent reason, and the ultimate one was a prospect who wanted me to drive to a city 3 hours away for my 1 hour in town rate. When I declined I was offered to 'spend the night' as if I was declining due to the long drive.

So yeah, as you can see not very good for a typical day :( Im thinking about taking some time off until I relocate or start another tour next month. Most of my guests have been mainly repeat appts which is great, but its not many as I've only been doing this for about a year now. Have not had much in the way of new clients though. With my freelance work, classes and training days; having too many missed appointments tends to interfere with my scheduling and train of thought...

How do you handle it when coming down with a sudden bout of BS syndrome?

Not picking on you but when the whole industry is largely built on flash and dash, it seems inevitable there will be some BS flung from each and every "side".

I believe at least a few other industries call them, "tire kickers".

Best regards,

Sorry to hear you have a lot of bsers. That must suck as an escort to have someone last minute cancel on you or expect too much out of you like driving 3 hours! I guess both sides, clients and escorts, can be pretty bad about normal polite etiquette.

well

Whatever you do, you will encounter similar things.. Just do something you really like to do and you will be less stressful... No job is fun but it can be endurable if you love it and you enjoy doing it. If escorting is a side job to make some extra cash for you to pursue your real dream then persevere the current situation. I hope you meet great people next time..:)

I think my record in a 24-hour period was 2 stand-ups, and 6 fall-throughs ("let me call you back in a bit").

Just part of the business.

Just another Day Really!

Just another day in "The Wonderful World of The Working Guy"!

Now you know why Some of Guys are looking for a "Sugar Dad"! :D

It avoids the "No Ka-Ching":) Times.

And you know some places are more known for that happening than others. But when it does you wonder, ok this is just ridiculous.
