This evening I was looking at various Agency web sites. The 5 that I viewed sport some very hot looking escorts. My excitement diminished when I noticed several Agencies promoting POZ escorts with no comment of their HIV status.

Personally, I would hire an escort I was attracted to who is POZ. Though I would want to know his status upfront.

I would think that if the escort's POZ HIV status was known and not disclosed, as with the cases I witnessed, that the Agency has some hefty liability.

I don't know which agencies you're referring to, but here's part of what you agree to when you enter [link:www.maximumescorts.com|Maximum Escorts] site:

5. By entering this Site, I agree that I will not hold Maximum Escorts or its agents liable for any claims or damages arising out of my use of this Site, the information I obtain herein, or any meetings which ensure by virtue of my use of this Site or contact with Maximum Escorts. I further agree to release Maximum Escorts and its agents from any claims or liability arising out of any contacts brokered or arranged by Maximum Escorts.

6. I acknowledge and understand that Maximum Escorts does not offer or arrange any sexual encounters or sexual acts of any kind. I acknowledge and understand that the sole services offered by Maximum Escorts are the brokering of non-sexual companionship and dates between consenting adults.

Don't most agencies use similar language to protect themselves from any liablity?
