Been in touch with the people at Falcon all morning. They're asserting they didn't name the model (which is unusual) and this time it was the Agency. Owner of said Agency happens to be friends with me but is staying silent.

 

I pointed out I've been using the name nearly a decade and have rights not only to the emails but also the websites with the name still. Just because it wasn't on TLA they should have googled it. Beside, Adler, really? This was SOOOO on purpose.

 

Daddy .. I'm changing my name to the Artist Formerly Known as Adler. Can I start working on a really cool symbol? LOL.

I had received an e-mail advertising Scott in a movie from Falcon yesterday. I couldn't open it then because I was at work. But when I saw the title I really did wonder why Scott was getting into porn. I didn't ever remember him talking about wanting too be a porn star. I was also thinking, "Hmmm, Scott is in grad school. This might not be the best thing to do if he plans to remain in academia."

 

Now everything is clear ---I mean while Scott doesn't have any current pictures to compare with-- this guy in the movie's cock is nowhere near as lethal a weapon of mass destruction as the real Scott Adler's is reputed to be--but wait, you mean "Scott Adler" isn't your real name? ;)

Obviously the earth can't move and this movie is out but they'll have him change his name ASAP and it won't happen again. If anything maybe I'll get a little P.R. or name confusion and then recognition out of it. Hah!

Two questions: How do you guys "patent" your name? Seems to me Judge Judy would scream in a court of law you have "dirty hands" and no legal rights. Or a dirty.... Something dirty.

Superb Pictures

 

I had forgotten how wonderful Scott's pictures are, all four or five.

 

But I must confess that Scott has so many Tastes, Specialties, Fetishes listed that by the time I reached the end I thought the last one was: Kissing Toys. Then I saw the comma between the two worlds. On second thought, the idea of Scott Adler, naked kissing toys is pretty damn hot.

I don't think it's nitpicking. Just because so many escorts lie about their age doesn't make it anything other than false advertising.

 

I imagine Scott wouldn't like it if a client didn't pay the agreed on rate in full. But for some reason a client is supposed to not care if an escort isn't the age he claims to be. It's a double standard.

I think this is part of my dear friend Brandon Baker's ever popular joke amongst our clique, "wait till you see what your ad says in the morning."

 

I had made sarcastic comments about my impending doom as an escort older than 23. A while back. I'd never noticed it. ANYONE on this board knows that me lying about my age is certainly something that could never happen around HERE. Anyone remember the great meltdown? :-*

 

Definitely 25 and happy to be there. Only lied about my age once and we remember what happened then? ;-) Meanwhile JoshAB you are more than right re the math and perhaps those who don't want to let a sleeping dog lie will bring you up to speed. I used the term NEARLY a decade for a reason, nobody said exactly 10 years.

 

... and KMEM I rarely scream ... just moan. I saved shrill high pitched cuntiness for others with nothing better to do or keep them busy these days.

A job, regular trips to the gym AND such obsessions with (among other things) grammar ... where DO you find the time for us plebes in the message boards ...
