I just read the thread concerning JosephGa's Georgia travails and it sucks. All the things law enforcement could be dealing with and they're closing down some guy giving massages. If they went to all the trouble to arrest him, they'd have to have known he was small fish and not worth the bother but they went ahead anyway. yawn

 

I suspect that a neighbor knew what was going on and wanted to put a stop to it. Mission accomplished, bitch.

 

However, this incident is instructive and Senor Vincenzo (he of the five cumshots in several minutes - I bow before you) gave spot on advice:

 

• If you're a massage therapist, follow the rules of your jurisdiction
  
• If you're an escort, pay taxes; the misdemeanor part will be nothing compared to a violation of federal laws
  
• Have an emergency fund! (doesn't anyone watch Suze Orman?!)
  
• Confide in someone locally to help out in the event of an arrest (this is especially important if you have a companion animal at home)
  

 

There are guys who escort or do massage as a short term fix to pay off bills or get through a rough patch and then there are those who do it as an occupation. For those who do it as their profession, you had better be responsible about it or you run the risk of getting burned - badly.

 

Senor Vincenzo (he of the five cumshots in several minutes - I bow before you) has been doing this for many many years and if you don't take his advice then you have no business coming to the board in the future, hat in hand. If you chose to play with fire and get burned, too fucking bad. Man up, do what you need to do to get out of the mess you've created and move on.

 

I wish JosephGa only the best and can assure him that once all is said and done, it will not have been even remotely as awful as he thought it was going to be.

 

As adults, we know that life isn't fair so I would advise JosephGa, once this is cleared up, to think long and hard about his life and seriously consider another line of work. The world is filled with people who battled cancer and have MS and they're not all massage therapists. This incident may be a way of life telling him it's time for a change.

 

In the meantime, this way to the rice fields!!!

one thing i would state i wasn't arrested. I was given 5 tickets. i found it odd the office let me do 45 minutes of the massage b4 anything went down. The police chef told me i could make things right by getting those proper permits which isn't true. you cant get a permit here that would allow for incalls in a home apartment or condo. the only way i could legally operate is too do outcalls only. I think they wanted to charge me with enough fines to send the message im not wanted here.. last year same thing happened to a girl in the same area. accept she was nude and offered the release. they did the whole massage then gave her 2 hours too turn herself into the police station..
