I live in the Pacific time zone which is the same one in which she died.

 

I was watching CNN this a.m. when they came with the "breaking story" that she had died at 9:28. The time was 9:40. They sure didn't loose much time in reporting it and they proceeded to show a lengthy obit with outtakes from her TV/film career. They must have been expecting the news and had the obit on the shelf so to speak.

 

Sad news always comes in threes. Ed McMahn (spelling?) was earlier this week. Is there yet another one to come?

It seems Hollywood is taking a beating the past couple days with the departure of some wonderful talent. May their family and friends find comfort that their loved ones are in a better place and the pain is over.

How sad that the passing of this icon has been overshadowed by the death of another more prominent celebrity. She was an inspiration in many ways, especially the way in which she faced her disease and mortality. A beautiful light has been extinguished.

Sweet dreams love! I fondly remember my older sis bonking me on the head with her toy gun, prancing around me as if she was the missing Angel instead of babysitting wee little me. You're a gem in the stars above and though you're no longer with us, you will live in syndication but also the hearts and minds of many! Take care and live on in TV land!
