What's w/this guy (or guys like him)? Italian/Latin Jock in Seattle, Miami

 

Any info on this guy ?

Insight into advertising in multiple cities with slightly different descriptions ?

Hasn't responded to inquiries - why bother advertising if you're not going to respond ?

In general, are guys like these simply flakes to be avoided ?

 

Sounds a little bit like the thread re: mattsapartment. Anyway, I don't get it.
