The actor is Victor Webster from Mutant X a science fiction program from a few years back.

 

Obviously he's very into the scene or maybe himself.

Webster the Hunk!

 

Victor Webster is definitely a Major Hunk. He started out as an Armani Model and has been working ever since. The last thing I saw him in was Sex & The City as a Neighbor Samantha got her hands on and all over!

 

Unfortunately he doesn't work enuff for my viewing Pleasure.
