Any word on Boardwalk in Ft. Lauderdale opening?

Hi, guys,

I'll be traveling to Florida in a week and was wondering if anyone had any info regarding the opening of the Boardwalk in Ft. Lauderdale. I LOVED the place when it was in Miami. Thanks much.

Ron a review over on MSS was less then glowing. I am going tonight myself to check it out. It may just be a case where they are still getting back up to speed.

the bar is set up pretty much the sme as in Miami although they now have a small side room/bar area with about 8 booths and a few tables.

 

I will say the dancers weren't that great, a few were good looking, but they weren't particularly friendly.

 

I will try it again in a month or so and see if it finds it groove, but if it is like tonight I will pass in the futire.

You mentioned that there was a review of the Boardwalk on MSS. What is that? And I was wondering if you could write the address of the bar. Does it have an adequate parking lot? Were the guys doing lap dances? Do they charge admission? Are the booths and tables in the side room used for having fun with the dancers? (Gee, I have more questions than Mike Wallace! ;-))Thanks for the info. Robbguy

Were the guys doing lap dances?  Do they charge

[b]  Saw a couple of lap dances and no admission.  The old Boardwalk didn't charge a cover except when they had a special event etc.[/b]

I just back to Orlando from a trip to the Boardwalk in Ft. Lauderdale and have to agree that the dancers are not up to the quality of those at the old location. In fact a couple should have been paid to put there clothes back on.

Drinks are cheaper then they were in Miami.

I will give it another chance and hope that the dancers get better.

I will say that Gabe is a very hot papi and is very nice to talk with i know he will become very popular.
