?Canadian Olympic Hall of Fame??

All right, Canadians, help me out. My SO and I will be visiting Canada (Ontario and Quebec) late next month, and I was reading Tewksbury's book in which he describes being in the Canadian Olympic Hall of Fame, the Canadian Sports Hall of Fame, and the International Swimming Hall of Fame. I know the last one is in Ft. Lauderdale, because I've been there, and I found the second one in Toronto, but scour as I might Google and Wikipedia, I can't find a physical location for the first one (the Canadian Olympic Hall of Fame). Is this located in a physical place, or is it just a list of names with no physical site to go along with it?
