baltimore observer Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 Corner Pocket-New Orleans Corner Pocket (in French Quarter, a couple of blocks north of Bourbon Street) has dancers, at least on weekends, if not every night. During Mardi Gras, etc., Parade and Oz has dancers who are, on occasion, nude.

bakopanda Posted September 26, 2007 Posted September 26, 2007 UPDATE on the Corner Pocket. I was there the weekend after Southern Decadence. It is located two blocks north of Bourbon Street. There is now a $5 cover charge on Friday and Saturday. Although the boys start dancing at 9 pm, the fun begins after midnight. The crowd is smaller during midweek, but there is more fun time with the dancers. The current midweek bartender - Anthony - is young, cute and a lot of fun. ;-) Generous tips were affectionately accepted. The five nights that I visited there were usually three new dancers each night. Many college boys seem to be moonlighting a few nights at the Corner Pocket, except Saturday night when there was a LSU home game.
