Montreal raids... any info?

I heard that in the past couple of weeks, both Campus and Adonis were raided...According to my source, at least one dancer at Adonis was arrested for being in the country illegally.. Anyone have any more info/details and what happened and why?

The Police Department has a division which deals with "Morality" issues, strip clubs fall under there jurisdiction.

 

Several times per year they have surprise inspections. They inspect the conditions of lap dance rooms, employee forms, liquor bottles for proper tax stamps etc etc.

 

These "raids" were inspections that were done on all of the clubs not just campus and taboo.

 

I havent heard about anyone arrested. If what our saying is a fact I guess he got "fingered" during the inspection.

good to hear that it was just routine inspections and not raids.. I was told that Edy, a hispanic dancer at adonis was arrested for being in the country illegally. Thanks for the update/correction to my news.
