Hey guys,hope y'all enjoying St Patricks Day, reading the post about being an "escort virgin"personally i'm a retired client but i digress got me thinking(which is always a dangerous thing !),i started looking in here last fall just after 9/11 and it took me a while to pluck up the courage to post something,when i did i was glad i did but if memory serves me correctly there has been the odd post along the lines of -if you're not here to hire an escort then what are you doing here-which i suppose loosely ties in with the other thread.

Anyway again if i remember correctly i think HooBoy once said this site garners several hundred thousand hits a day obviously only a tiny percentage are seriously interested in hiring escorts the majority probably come in to read the reviews,see what's going on in the various areas etc,which like a lot of people here who look in every day or maybe two or three times a week it's became part of their routine ,a place where its good to be gay or bi and escape the pressures of living life as a person whose sexuality could be a problem wherever you are in the world,i think what i'm groping for is that this site has in some ways transcended the "just looking for an escort"into a lot of peoples outlet to let off steam,chill out,argue,voice opinions that could not be done over the water cooler at work or in the locker room after our shift .

It would be interesting to hear the views of people who have been around since the beginning or even HooBoy himself to see whether this is the case ,personally i wonder when HB had the idea originally he would have thought that it would grow so big !.
