Best to just enjoy it

<...Locust Bean Gum and Pullulan !!!!!! amongst others...>

Like sausage and porn videos, sometimes it is best to just enjoy something, and not know how they were made.

But, being a knowledgable source about the product you speak of, I can advise the following:

-Locust Bean Gum is congealed locust semen. Bean gum is a coded word used in chemisty to sugarcoat something that would be otherwise unpleasant to lay people. It is a flavor preservative.

-Pullulan is ground earthworm. Pullulan is from the Latin pullurea for soil-burrowing. With binder properties this ingredient serves to hold all different part together in a solid form.

Do not use this product during oral sex. Whilst it seem to enhance a good blowjob, it will burn the tender surface of your partner's penis.

Those Lister strips are great! I first got them when in my goodie bag when I ran the L.A. marathon.

A really good gum for the hell of it is Origins. You can get it in regular gumball machines at their area in Macy's or small bottles of them for $4!

If you really want to know, locust bean gum is derived from seeds of carob trees. I don't know anything about pullulan, but a yahoo search yeilded a page entitled "Characteristics of pullulan-based edible films" which states: "Pullulan is an extracellular bacterial polysaccharide produced from starch by Aureobasidium pullulans." Whatever that means. Some other page referred to it being a fungal polysaccharide!? Maybe it is better not knowing. :-)

Those things are great. I have chronic sinus problems and was on nasal spray, since using the Listerine product, I have discontinued the medication. Fresh breath and can breathe better:-)

Plus cheaper than the meds!

They do have that sinus-clearing potency. I have to admit I'm still partial to sugarless chewing gum, myself. Whenever I have one of those Lister-strips I have one of those Don Knotts-on-Three's-Company after-he-takes-a-drink moments ("S-s-smmoooooooothhhh...."). :+
