The thread where I was attempting to post so many of the G men is becoming too big to handle. While we WAIT PATIENTLY WITH HOPE for a new G (or something similar) to open let’s play the Gaiety Alphabet Game.

 

Let’s start with A. Post pictures, thoughts, musings, anecdotes, etc. regarding anything connected with the Gaiety that starts with the letter A. As a rule, if a dancer has two names, let us use the first letter of his first name (for example, when we get to Ben Versace he will be done under B and not V) since so many of the dancers only have a first nom de plume.

 

I also want to do this, as I felt bad for WebTV users who couldn’t enjoy the large thread with pics. I hope everyone (WebTV, dial-up users, etc.) can enjoy this.

 

It is really hitting me now. This is sad. No more Cooper, Foxy and likembig Mondays. No more NYO’s hot rumors. Let’s hope by the time we get to the letter G in the game we will have to stop playing because a new place is opened!

 

So please share the letter A.

Many deals were made in the Apollo Lounge over the years. More importantly, in my opinion, many more friendships were made there as well. Good times and good laughs indeed. Halloween was always festive as well.

I know I'm not playing nicely and sharing. I pledged to someone not to ever post my very extensive personal collection of pics. Sorry. Only one other person receives a copy and I'm sure he will not want to share or post his pics.
