Phuket updates?

Can anyone update us on the situation in Phuket and whether the venues are back running and with a decent number of guys.

From all that I've heard, the gay venues were pretty much untouched by the tsunami and were operating again quite soon after. Now is the slow season so there won't be as many barboys as during the winter months, but there is always an ample supply. When I was last there in May there were plenty of guys but not many customers. Incidentally, the Phuket Gay Festival is going on this weekend.

Based on this photo from this weekend's Pride Festival, there are appear to be a sufficient number of guys still in town.
