tradition dictates that all hustler activity on the island be isolated on Calle Vendig (it's only 1 block long... goes from the main drag through the Condado (the tourist area between Old SJ and the airport) one block north to the ocean. There you will find an assortment of locals, some for hire some just there hanging out, flitting between the Atlantic Beach Hotel and the bar across the street that seems to change names every few years.
