Frankfurt opportunities?

I have an upcoming trip to Frankfurt ( and Berlin). Was wondering if anyone had information on incall "towers" or houses in a certain area of the city? I have heard about these male brothels somewhere-- anyone else?

 

Also, any recent info on a place called "The Playground"?
