Pay close attention to the phone number in this ad. It's associated with a know scam artist. The photos change frequently but the number stays the same. Previous screen name was htfunguy99

Just Google the phone number in his ad, 407-326-4091, and then select the cached view to see his previous ad. Different pics (looks like Jeremy Lory), but, hey, his rate has come down from $300 to $250...a real bargain...
