When an escort says in an ad that they are "jacked" what does that mean?

Doe. Well I'm thinking IF the Guy is a Body Builder "Jacked" means RIPT...VERY little Body Fat?

1. broken or ruined.

"My car is completely jacked!"

 

2. extremely muscular.

"That guy is jacked!"

 

Let's hope the guy in question is going for definition #2 I have

always heard the word used to mean big and buff as opposed to ripped.
