Definition of "Twink"

Somewhere along the line "twink" became part of the language. I would like to know how to describe a twink. I assume it has something to do

with his age - if so, what category? Does it also have anything to do

with his physique when nude - if so, how is he built? I'm looking for

some expert opinions. Any help?
