Don't know anything other than that first picture (black and white) has been around for years on various sites, and in almost every city in the country.

I believe the guy's a scam artist. He used to advertise here in Columbus using that same b/w pic years ago. I never saw him in the flesh here in Cols. nor had anyone else I know.
