I agree - many of them are very hot. But a major turnoff for me is that most of them are uncut. But I guess that would be a plus for many others.

It's an aquired taste, I'm told, kind of like sushi. But although I learned to appreciate raw fish, like you, I still like my meat cut!:9

I didn't like fish to begin with and then I took a parasitology course in college--no way I am touching sushi.
