Everyone's right - and of course it's true that if a (London) agency takes £70, the boy only usually gets about £30, which is ridiculous. Hello Tampa Yankee. Thank you for responding to my post. I can see your side and agree with you to a certain point but the escorts that I have hired have all been working on their own and they were paid anywhere from 200.00 to 400.00(400.00 might seem a little high but trust me, this guy was more than worth it. And no he does not have a post on this site. He is a dancer/stripper and I did promise him that our time would remain confidential.)I cannot see tipping someone if they are making that kind of money for an hour of "work". I have never hired an agency boy - there are not any around where I live - but if I did I probably would consider tipping them since if their rate is 250.00 for example, how much of that do they actually put in there pocket and how much does the agency gets? I guess since the selection of quality

I'm new to the board myself and my feeling is that if i'm getting $200 for an hour of my time, then i have no right to expect a tip no matter how good i am at pleasing the client. It is damn good money and i don't forget that fact. That way, when i do receive a tip, i am all the more suprised.
