This question has come up a few times in the past. Unfortunately the answer is no. If you want company, you will need to fly someone in from Las Vegas, which is a whole other set of problems.

I had the very strong impression that the drive from Sacremento was at least 90 minutes, and more like 2 hours to go to Reno. (Almost entirely along interstate 80). If you're truly paying the escort for his time, that's an extra 4 hours . . . .
