Hope not too prying...

Since a few escorts here advised they use Viagra when needed, I was curious on how you procure these meds. Explain to your personal physician that you are a male escort, and could use viagra for those particularly challenging clients? Or, do you buy off the internet?

Just wondering if there are MD's that are that open minded and accomodating, or if you pay the relatively high prices on the net.

I wondered the same thing, too, until I finally got the nerve to simply tell my doctor I was having problems with my erections and asked if I could try Viagra. He realized this was a very personal matter and didn't make me go into any detail. he offered me a couple samples to see if it would work, then told me to call if i wanted a perscription.

The Viagra helped me get a "stiffy" and keep it up for awhile, but it also stopped up my sinuses and gave me a head-ache later. Has anyone else had the same side effects as me?

Ah the wonderful side effects of viagra, since it has raised your blood pressure quite a bit it will cause Redness to the face, blood shot eyes, headache, not really sinus congestion but the tissue within your sinuses expand as well from the blood pressure causing a feeling simular to it.

Yeah we experience them. I use as little as I can. Hate those headaches

I told my doctor(who is gay)what I do for a living and that I'd

like to try Viagra. I just got a refill today, 10/100mg for $106.

I will usually cut the pills into quarters and they can last me

anywhere from 2weeks to a month, depending upon how busy I am.

I know quite a few gay men,who aren't in the sex industry, who use

Viagra to offset the effects of crytal meth, ecstacy and coke.

Yes, there are those side-effects. I've even experienced the

"blue haze". I've been using Viagra for about 3 years now and I've found there are some things you can do to lessen the side-

effects. Drink plenty of water. Take an aspirin along with it.

NO POPPERS!of course. Experiment with the dosages and take the

smallest amount you need to enhance your performance. An ex-

boyfriend gave me a 50mg pill the first time I ever did it. Well,

I thought I was going through menopause, major hotflashes. But,

after about an hour, I cooled down and we fucked for hours.

Needless to say, I was hooked.

You do build up a tolerance, especially if you're taking it a

couple of times a day, so I try to use it sparingly.

i believe what i said was: "i'm a gay male. i find i'm unable to maintain erection while using a condom & i don't think it would be reasonable to have sex without one."

she had no qualm writing the scrip immediately.

You can find these wonder-pills online, by way of this site in fact. Fill out a form, pay out the ass and POOF! you have an erect phallus! <jason>

ordering them online you'll pay much more though.

my health insurance pays for mine. i pay a $10 prescription co-pay.

no, they don't think it odd that i'm only 22 & claim erectile dysfunction. my doctor is really cool. she knows i'm gay, so my explanation of wanting to make sure i'm having safer sex worked really well. (no, that doesn't imply that heterosexuals shouldn't be safe; we (gay folk) do have a more pronounced risk though.)

You must have good, or least progressive, health insurance :)

I have Blue Cross, and is denied, along with other "quality of life drugs". Via the MD and local pharmacy costs about $6 per 100 mg. Via the internet they usually are $10+, unless you buy huge quanities.

i didn't have any problems with the scrip.

if they'd claimed it was a "quality of life" issue, i would have appealed it to the DC insurance board. it is "preventive medicine" if you ask me: i would claim that without viagra, i am unable to achieve erection while using a condom. my doctor said she'd back me up on it all the way. fortunately, we didn't have to; they've never questioned it & i've had the scrip for 2 years.

incidentally, i would have immediately sued my ins carrier if they denied viagra as a quality of life medication, but covered birth control pills for women. if they can fuck, i can fuck! :-)

just a note: i AM able to achieve erection without V, but i could make the claim anyway... what would they do? field tests?

Posted

Don't know if your insurance company does field checks to see if you can get an erection with Viagra. But, I'd like to volunteer to assist them conduct such a test!! }> :o

Do you know where I can apply for the job as a field-tester? Now would that be a real "kewl" job?! LOL

it would be a lie, but how would they attempt to prove it is a lie?

That would be a fun exhibit in the courtroom. And if Judge Judy presided, for sure you won't get a woody.

She sounds like a good doctor.

But, not sure your law suit would fly. Covering birth controls pills can be cost effective, they help prevent costly pregancies.

Prevent a single, young, male from getting an erection... not a cost saving for them. Unless you argue you were forced to fuck without condoms, thus greater exposure to hiv.

Cool didnt matter anyway about the fight. But, insurance companies have loads of cash and lawyers.

the HIV angle is precisely the one i would choose, if i needed to.

enabling me to have enjoyable sex with condoms would save them compared to paying for a treatment cocktail.

in any event, my insurance had no problem with it.

anyone who is interested in Viagra might want to give it a try. it never hurts to ask.
