What has happened to this service.....site seems to be done for a while. Have they folded?

If by 'done' you mean 'not there,' you're not typing the 'www' before the address. They have a lame server that will direct you to the site only if you type in http://www.chelseaguys.com completely. That kind of an oversight is obviously costing them business.
