Both Capital City Boys and The Agency were really only one escort service, not two separate ones. I know they were sold by their previous owner about two years ago and have kinda floundered since then. I haven't heard anything specific regarding their current situation, but it certainly wouldn't surprise me if they aren't in operation anymore.
