How do they/he ask for the money to be sent? If it's a credit card, you can authorize the charge and then dispute it. It's called a Regulation E dispute. In my case, my bank (Wells Fargo) credits the amount back for 90 days while the matter is under dispute. During that time, they trace the recipient of the $$. If the recipient doesn't cooperate, they're SOL. If the recipient does cooperate in an attempt to collect, you get their contact info. Beyond that, I guess it's a matter of how much $$ you want to spend to (a) convince a law enforcement agency which has jurisdiction to go after him, or (b) persuade someone to break the bastard's legs. }(

Presumably. :o But if he has to choose between exposing W and exposing Cupcake, Cupcake can wait. With Cupcake, caveat emptor still applies. With W, umm...I forgot my high school Latin for "the fucking clock is running out." }(
