Contacted him last summer. Opted for Luke Davidson. Responded in a businesslike to my email within a day as I recall. Opted for Luke Davidson.

Interesting! he replied to my preliminary email and said he would be 'back' in DC on the day I'm interested in.

 

Rates are very reasonable. Still no reply from Luke Davidson from either email address.
