You're 100% correct on that one. I stayed at a hotel in Jack London Square in Oakland and the SF boys refused to do the trip on Bart. I even offered to pick them up at the station. Said they wouldn't waste their time on travel because they had been burned by too many "no show" clients.

 

There are a couple of bath houses in SF that are really nice and rent a room with hot tub by the hour. Most escorts will agree to see you there if you aren't comfortable with doing an in-call at their place. (I personally don't do in-calls because I prefer to be on my own turf or a netural location.)
