Chicago boy here. The ads I've seen for guys named Jack have pictures or descriptions of themselves that don't match the pic posted with your query. There is one Jack who previously posted a pic but seems to have put a couple of ads without one more recently in some of the gay rags. Which issue number of Gay Chicago did you see the ad?

Checked out issue 50 and saw an ad for a Jack with a pic. I can see why you think it might be Jake of First Call Escorts. I don't think they are one and the same. Jack has placed ads in the past (with a different phone number) in Gay Chicago and Chicago Free Press.

Jack has been reviewed here (he is the only Jack, no last name in the reviews). Jake, however, is listed separately.

You might want to check Jack's review; there is only one. Issue 14 of Gay Chicago includes an ad for Jack with a pic and the same phone number that is listed in the review on this site.
