Looking for a recomendation on this guy. I am into hung Twinks and found him on the MeetLocalMen.com site in the DC area but there is no review posted on him here. Anyone have any experience with him. Any recommendations on smooth, hung young men in the area?

I have seen this guy a couple of times (several years ago). He has a nice cock, is primarily top (have never known him to bottom) but he is far from a twink. He is probably closer to 35 than 25. Great top but not a twink.
